Fairfax County advised that all county facilities, including RCC Lake Anne, will be closed today due to the snowstorm. As such, the typical HCA Regular Meeting site at RCC Lake Anne will be unavailable tonight. However, Cafe' Montmartre, located nearby at 1625 Washington Plaza North in Lake Anne Village Center, will be open and graciously agreed to host the 7:30 p.m. meeting instead in the relatively quiet northeast corner of the restaurant.
