The project team notified HCA affected party neighbors in a letter dated October 29, 2019 that they requested an RA DRB meeting on November 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at RA Headquarters to " ... present and receive approval of an artistic garage screen as the public art element for the development."  Materials to be presented to DRB and the public on November 12 have been uploaded to the following project team webpage, and any further updates were uploaded there no later than 12:00 noon on November 5:  https://thelandlawyers.sharefile.com/d-saeec020255c4b9a8.  The November 12 DRB Meeting Agenda and Application Packet are available on the RA website.  DRB previously approved site plan and general massing concepts, the overall site plan, New Lake Anne House and associated townhomes architectural drawings, site lighting and signage, and minor modifications and clarifications to prior approvals for retaining walls, site lighting, canopy design, and one approved color.
