LAKE ANNE FELLOWSHIP HSE DRB MTG @ TUE SEP 17

The project team notified HCA affected party neighbors in a letter dated August 28, 2019 that they requested an RA DRB meeting on September 17, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at RA Headquarters to " ... present and receive approval of minor modifications and clarifications to the prior approvals for retaining walls, site lighting, canopy design, and one approved color."  DRB previously approved site plan and general massing concepts, the overall site plan, New Lake Anne House and associated townhomes architectural drawings, and site lighting and signage.  Materials to be presented to DRB and the public on September 17 have been uploaded to the following project team webpage, and any further updates will be uploaded there no later than 12:00 noon on September 10:  https://thelandlawyers.sharefile.com/d-saeec020255c4b9a8.  UPDATE ... In a letter dated September 24, RA DRB formally approved this Fellowship House proposal.
