$10 REWARD FOR NAMES OF INCONSIDERATE DOG WALKERS BELOW

Reward claim and related details to be published here soon ...

Hickory Cluster has become a defacto dog park and/or dog relief station where dozens of resident and non-resident dog owners and others walk their dogs, and ... inevitably ... pee and poop night and day immediately around HCA Member homes and cars.

Even HCA Member homeowner dog walkers insist on doing this despite at least one long-standing HCA rule against it.  More specifically, HCA Governing Documents General Resolution 2:  Code of Conduct Rules and Regulations, page 2, paragraph 10 states:

"Please walk dogs in the wooded areas, not in planters or on common grassy areas, nor on traffic islands or where children play."

The following are but a few of many possible photos capturing inconsiderate dog walkers who clearly and knowingly stop and allow their dogs to pee and poop on HCA Common Area near their typically unsuspecting neighbors' homes rather than on their own property or near their own homes, and/or who blatantly violate long-standing government and cluster leash laws:

Sunday, March 17, 2024 ... according to the HCA official website:  "As a community safety notice:  The photo below is of a local Vantage Hill resident who walks his dog off leash (and) who frequents the Hickory Cluster path by Block 2.  The dog has attacked the dog of a Hickory Cluster resident and has been observed allowing the dog off leash in other parts of the community, including Lake Anne plaza."  Both Fairfax County Code Chapter 41.1 and HCA General Resolution 2 require that dogs not be allowed to run unrestricted.
