HCA REGULAR MEETING CANCELED @ DEC 20

Following completion of the extensive clusterwide repaving project, and with no other urgent business at hand, the HCA Board of Directors unanimously agreed to cancel its last monthly Regular Meeting of the year scheduled for Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at RCC Lake Anne to allow everyone more holiday time with family and friends.  The next HCA Regular Meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 17, 2018 in TWC Association Management offices in Herndon, VA.  Happy Holidays from the HCA Board of Directors!

HCA ROAD STORM SERVICE UPDATE

From our snow management contractor midday today:  " ... right now it appears that most of the predicted precipitation will stick to grassy areas.  We are not planning any winter weather operations tonight or tomorrow at this point.  If something changes I will reach out again ... ."  Snow removal through December 31, 2017 is covered under an ongoing annual contract.  HCA recently renewed the agreement with this contractor for calendar year 2018.
